"shame and spite hidden behind a flourescent screen, their form of protection"

Cyber Bullying. A fresh issue that faces a large mass of the teenage population world wide.
Bullying is illegal, most look at Cyber bullying as a safer approach to express their feelings towards a person as they have a veil in a sense to hide their identity aka a computer, phone or anything similar.
Not only is bullying in any way legal, but it also shouldn't be tolerated by those under its reign. Cyber Bullying may seem simple, easy and generally "okay" to do, Cyber bullying leads to poor grades, emotional panics, poor self-esteem,depression, and in some cases suicide.
According the the Sydney Morning Herald 1 in 3 teens are Cyber bullied, it doesn't target specific type of people, it's not the typical kid with braces and glasses, who has a tendency to wear his pants to high and snort, no Cyber bullying is a rapidly rising issue that feeds on any one it can. The difference between Cyber Bullying and typical bullying is the sneaky under the table masks and dark cloak-ness of it all. The bully with a click of a button can totally cover themselves up.
People who commit the Bullying can be charged by the police and those who are being bullied should keep all evidence of the "attack" and speak to a parent and the police ASAP.
